Joao Dos Santos, 27, of Pawtucket, RI was shot and killed while driving in his car on July 6, 2015. After occupants of another car chased Dos Santos and forced him to drive the wrong way down Canal Street in Providence, Dos Santos crashed the car, ran across the street and collapsed. Joao was pronounced dead at the scene. The Providence police need our help to find the person or persons responsible for this tragic and senseless murder.
